Shared facts
We believe effective collaboration doesn't come from communicating more — it comes from every participant working from the same factual basis.
When everyone decides from the same facts, collaboration stops depending on repeated confirmation and simply moves.
Trust follows, and teams spend their time creating value instead of proving themselves.
Most project problems aren't about technical ability — they're about information that can't flow.
For years, running projects and process programs inside companies, I saw the same thing happen again and again.
Acceptance records live in chat threads. Contract versions sit in email. Payment progress is tracked in a spreadsheet. Everyone holds their own version; nobody holds the whole truth.
And once work crosses a company line, the two organizations have no shared system between them. Each keeps its own files, and each believes its own version.
That's why I built KIDGE.
What we build is a layer of shared facts both sides accept.
KIDGE Ltd. builds the shared-fact layer for work between organizations: contracts, approvals, deliveries and payments gathered into one timeline both sides confirm.
Every key record is confirmed by the parties involved, with the full timestamp and verification history retained — so that when anyone looks back, everyone is working from the same record.
So it isn't better-organized data. It's a set of facts both sides acknowledge, and both sides can produce.
We do one thing: help teams run on shared facts.
KIDGE is how we do it best — not the only way we do it.
Trusted execution platform
KIDGE gathers contracts, approvals, deliveries and payments into one verifiable shared timeline, so everyone moves a project forward from the same facts. The system is infrastructure; what we're really advancing is a more trustworthy way to collaborate.
Collaboration consulting
We map your project workflows and information flows, find where collaboration breaks down, and assess the right direction for improvement — process redesign, AI application planning, systems implementation or KIDGE adoption — staying with your team through the rollout so the change actually lands. Sometimes the answer is KIDGE and sometimes it isn't; what we care about is whether shared facts get built.

Monica Lin
Founder & CEO
I've spent my career in software product development, project management, enterprise process optimization and digital transformation.
Along the way, I saw that many project challenges came not from a lack of capability, but from fragmented information, rising coordination costs, and the absence of shared facts and trust between organizations. I founded KIDGE to help every project build on verifiable shared facts, so that everyone works from the same basis.
When information is shared, trust follows.
When trust grows, teams move forward together.
Let's build trust into every project.
Whether you're exploring KIDGE or rethinking how your organization collaborates, we'd be glad to talk through the right direction for improving your processes.
