Cancellation and Non-refundable Policy

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

Thank you for choosing KIDGE. To ensure service stability and high-quality bandwidth resources for all professional users, we have established the following policy:

1. Cancellation and Non-refundable Principle

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. All subscription fees (including Monthly or Annual fees for Standard and Premium plans) are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features of your plan until the end of your current billing period; no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused days within that cycle.

2. Refund Requests via Paddle

All billing, payments, and refund requests for KIDGE services are managed exclusively by our merchant of record, Paddle. KIDGE does not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must submit your request through Paddle's Support Portal.

3. Usage-Based Refund Exclusion

> Critical: In the evaluation of any refund request, any account that has consumed more than 5% of its monthly bandwidth allocation is strictly ineligible for a refund.

  • Standard Plan — Consumption exceeding 10GB (based on 200GB/mo) is non-refundable.
  • Premium Plan — Consumption exceeding 50GB (based on 1TB/mo) is non-refundable.

Digital resources (drawings, models, or files) are deemed "consumed" once they are downloaded or distributed via sharing links.

4. Add-on and One-time Charges

All "Pay-As-You-Go" or one-time charges, including but not limited to Extra Bandwidth Packs, Additional User Seats, or Storage Expansions, are incurred immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.
