Data Processing Addendum

KIDGE Data Processing Addendum (DPA): how KIDGE Ltd. processes personal data on the customer's behalf — roles and scope, processing instructions, staff confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, assistance to the customer, incident notification, return and deletion of data, audits, international transfers, with annexes on processing details, technical and organisational measures and the sub-processor list.
The Traditional Chinese version of each document is authoritative. English and Japanese versions are provided for reference; in the event of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
