The following documents govern the use of KIDGE. Each shows its current version and effective date; when a document changes, we notify you as that document provides.

• Terms of Service

  KIDGE Terms of Service: the rules for using the delivery-management platform operated by KIDGE Ltd. — contract structure and payment via Paddle, accounts and external participants, fees, cancellation and refunds, customer content and data rights, record integrity, confidentiality and personal data, limitation of liability, governing law and amendments.

• Privacy Policy

  KIDGE Privacy Policy: KIDGE Ltd.'s roles as collector and processor, the notice required by Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, what we collect and why, data security, sub-processors, retention and deletion, your rights, international transfers and disclosure by law.

  KIDGE Cancellation and Refund Policy: how to cancel a KIDGE Ltd. subscription, the refund principle and how it relates to Paddle's refund policy, plan changes and add-ons, refunds initiated by the Company, technical issues, and fee or payment disputes.

• Participant Terms

  KIDGE Participant Terms: the terms for owners, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers who join a project by a customer's invitation through the owner or vendor portal — participant status, the effect of confirmations, data ownership and retention, personal data, acceptable use, disclaimers and limitation of liability, termination of access.

• Data Processing Addendum

  Version 1.0 · effective September 10, 2026

  KIDGE Data Processing Addendum (DPA): how KIDGE Ltd. processes personal data on the customer's behalf — roles and scope, processing instructions, staff confidentiality, security measures, sub-processors, assistance to the customer, incident notification, return and deletion of data, audits, international transfers, with annexes on processing details, technical and organisational measures and the sub-processor list.

The Traditional Chinese version of each document is authoritative. English and Japanese versions are provided for reference; in the event of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
