Can KIDGE replace my project management tool?

What's the advantage over Excel / LINE?

Excel can be edited and LINE threads are endless — when something goes wrong you can't produce proof the other side agreed. Every KIDGE entry is mutually confirmed, timestamped and tamper-proof — the difference isn't how it looks, it's whether you recover that payment when things go sideways.

What if the owner or supervisor won't come confirm?

Confirming is completely free and needs no sign-up marathon — they open a link and confirm in seconds. Most owners and supervisors are glad to, because a mutual record protects them too. Even if they don't come right away, your submission and its timestamp are recorded — keeping proof that you proactively asked.

Is setup complicated? How soon can I start?

No rollout, no training. Upload one contract and KIDGE lists the deadlines worth tracking — you can start the same day. Keep working the way you do now; you're just moving confirmation and evidence online.

Do clients and external collaborators have to pay?

No. Only you (the contractor) pay; owners, supervisors and external collaborators confirm for free — we don't want 'who pays' getting in the way of you getting your evidence.

Is my data secure?

Your project, delivery and client data belongs only to you, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it or leak anything identifiable; only fully de-identified data that can't be traced back to you or your clients may be used to improve KIDGE. Data sovereignty stays with you.
